Less is more...

You are probably wondering why I dont write articles too regularly.  Well, that is because each article on this blog is written from a deep heart felt story.  Taking in such experiences of many around the world not only brings a self awareness to the writer but the reader too. Amidst all the storms and happenings around the world, one thing I can do positively is to stand still, close my eyes and breathe slowly, knowing that I am in my own space and make my own choices. Each experience brings me nearer to understanding why there are healthy guidelines for both body and mind. 
It is true, we have energy centres (chakras) and so the organs in the body vibrate with the energy of the nearest chakra. How wonderful we have been made in that it is one's own choice to enjoy the natural goodness of nature and wholesome food with good breathing exercises throughout the day, to fill those chakras with fresh and positive energy and so begins fresh and wholesome creativity.  
Enjoy the natural colours of food and when you put on that dress or tie in the morning before going to work, take a moment to choose which chakra you would like to wear.
